Fill the form according to information that’s in your ATM card , you can get the CVV code at the back of your ATM its always 3 numbers and click pay , a new pop up will appear where you will put your ATM secret 4 digit code to process the transaction.
You will get a message in your phone , An OTP code will be sent to your Quickteller phone number , now insert the code in the area given .

You will see a congratulation page , that your transaction is successful now you will be redirected to a page where you will fill out the remaining form,
Now to fill this form you have to login to your Email account and you will see your receipt  now fill the form with the receipt sent to you
